How to Make a Pom-Pom Rug: Step-by-Step Tutorial

Materials:

• Cardboard
• Scissors
• Yarn of your preferred thickness and color
• A non-slip plastic mesh

Steps:

1. Measure and cut a piece of cardboard 12 cm x 9 cm to make the pom-poms.
2. Cut a rectangle 6 cm in the middle and along the cardboard.
3. Wrap the cardboard with the yarn widthwise.
4. Tie a very tight knot in the middle when you have wrapped enough yarn, then cut along the sides.
5. Make several pom-poms this way, enough to cover the mesh.
6. Tie the pom-poms to the non-slip plastic mesh close together, side by side.
